"On the coldest night of the year, one of our trucks ran out of fuel at 10pm on a Saturday night. Our guys needed to be in Chicago at 10am Sunday to perform work for a movie crew. Our truck was pulling a large, heavy trailer. Our guys tried to get it started but the cold (-10 f) allowed the fuel to gel. The owner and one of his driver's towed the truck and trailer to your shop and dropped our guys off at a hotel. By 8am you had heated the engine up and had the truck running. Our guys made it to the jobsite on time. I can't thank you enough for the help".

"One of our drivers slid and hit the rear end of another semi causing major damage to our truck and allowing two steel coils to come off. One landed in the median and the other landed on the middle of the highway. We had previously used a competitor of yours who was unable to properly lift the coil onto the back of our replacement truck. In fact, his rotator almost tipped over doing this.

You brought a 120 ton crane to the scene, recovered our coils and loaded them on another truck we sent to the scene saving us money and pleasing the State Police by reopening the road promptly. While we don't want to ever make this type of call, we have you on speed dial".

"Thanks for the stellar service. A semi was hit by a car right in front of City Hall causing its fuel and hydraulic tanks to leak. We were able to quickly contain the leak before the fuel and oil made it to the storm drain. However, we were unsure how to quickly remove the fuel and oil. You responded to the scene with your fuel recovery unit cleaning up the diesel and hydraulic oil in record time.
